Immersive Experiences

Give visitors something they can explore.

We create interactive exhibition experiences, virtual showrooms and spatial stories. The experience is designed around your audience, message and setting, with controls and session lengths that work for the people using it.

WHAT YOU CAN BUILD

Designed for the visitor journey

A successful experience makes the next action obvious and the main message memorable.

01

Exhibition experiences

Give event visitors a short, guided interaction that communicates a product or story. Design the flow for queues, staff support and quick resets.

02

Virtual showrooms

Let an audience explore a collection, inspect details and choose what to learn next. Useful for presenting products that cannot all fit in a physical venue.

03

Brand storytelling

Build a spatial narrative around a place, product or idea. Interaction should reveal useful content and support the message, rather than distract from it.

Built for the setting

An attended event, a self-service kiosk and a remote experience each require different controls and session lengths. We design around the actual visitor journey.

Content and handover

The scope can include environment design, interactive scenes, audio cues and operator instructions. Brand assets and factual content are reviewed with your team.

Pilot one exhibition demo

Build a short visitor session around one product. Test it in the booth layout, including first-time instructions, staff handover, and reset between visitors.

CAPCP can switch between three levels of detail: full vehicle, chassis, and individual parts. See CAPCP’s exhibition demo.

What to measure in the pilot

Measure completed demos per hour, median reset time, and whether visitors can explain the product feature after the session. Compare against your current booth demo where possible.

COMMON QUESTIONS

Frequently asked questions

Practical answers for planning this service.

Does every immersive experience need a VR headset?

No. A virtual showroom or interactive 3D walkthrough may also be designed for a screen. We choose the format around the audience, location and purpose.

What can visitors actually do in the experience?

They can explore a space, inspect selected products and follow a guided story. The exact interactions are defined around what your audience needs to understand.

How do we keep the experience accurate?

We build from your approved models, imagery and product information, then review key scenes with your team before delivery.
